Please I really need help from you guys. There is thing that I made out I coconut. The Coconut is usually grated and fried and sugar is added or something. You can usually find it in super stores . I really want to know how it's made. Am not sure what it's called. It was really popular when I was in the North. Can someone who has an idea please help!

Get coconut,break it and keep the water,cut the coconut into pieces.get a frying pan or pot,pour the coconut water into the pot,add sugar or honey,pour in the slice coconut and begin to stire,right and left,until the water dry off,u begin to stire dry until its turn golden dark brown.that is ur coconut candy
