Please help, my iPhone 5s is stucked on apple logo,it keeps flashing on/off, have tried recovery several runs but no way. Have wasted so much data because the download keeps failing. I have even taken it to some repair guys, still no show. One said it is a panel problem. Is there a solution to the problem or I should just scrap it? I’m already giving up on the phone though.

u are getting download failed because u are using iTunes and once there is timeout from the network the download will fail and when u resume it will start from beginning again. So the best is to download the ipsw file wi H idm and then copy it to ur iTunes folder and update. I will like to know the iOS u were running before the phone got into the loop

i can’t even remember the IOS. I wish I can just see you guys so u can fix it for me. The phone guy I met said it has affected the hardware. Me I don’t even know what to do again. It is over 5months now. Had to go get an Iphone6 but would still be happy if I can get it fixed so I can give it out.

yes, and it successfully enters Dfu.

NoPE But Yesterday I ForGot To Remove It From The SocKET For A While, GuESs It OverCharged, And It Started Getting Hot, I Removed It For A While And SwitCHEd It Off To CoOL Off, And When Trying To Charge It Again It DisCharges And Start Getting Hot Again.

which download manager are u using. I need the iphone model serial number and imei let me know if I can download it for u but the problem will be location.

NoPE But Yesterday I ForGot To Remove It From The SocKET For A While, GuESs It OverCharged, And It Started Getting Hot, I Removed It For A While And SwitCHEd It Off To CoOL Off, And When Trying To Charge It Again It DisCharges And Start Getting Hot Again.

this might happen due to a number of reasons including bad third party apps, iOS glitch, exposure to direct heat or sunlight, bad charging port, broken battery, or some unknown motherboard issue. I will suggest u try this bring a cold pure water( not too cold oh) place the phone on top of the water without the case then power the phone on and plug it to charge or plug it to ur laptop and do a backup. The water will not allow the phone to overheat while u do that after the backup I will suggest u wipe the phone clean and then set it up again as new phone after remove it from the pure water then check if the phone is still over heating and if it is then it’s hardware issue. But if DONT want this stress u can just look for an engineer and give it to.

yes it’s the same. check my attached image. Reset and erase iPhone. If u have done it and it’s still the same. Only 2 options is remaining that’s bad battery or hardware issue. The good news is that it’s fixable
