American rapper and G.Unit boss, 50 Cent has suffered a great legal defeat as Federal judge tossed his lawsuit against Rick Ross for lack of merit.

50 Cent slammed a $2 million lawsuit against Rick Ross for using his own 2003 hit “In Da Club” on his mixtape, ‘Renzel Remixes’ without permission.

According to TMZ, 50 Cent does not own the copyright or master recordings for the song, which belongs to Shady/Aftermath Recordings. So, the case was dismissed by the judge.
