They will need a court pronouncement to invalidate Dapo's victory and any replacement done will just be like that of Amaechi and Celestine Omehia that will be eventually invalidated by the court.
In my opinion,it is too late to replace any candidate that has been pronounced successful in a properly constituted and organized free and fair election according to the APC NWC panel that pronounced Dapo's victory.
APC has already released the list of its gubernatorial candidates.

For as long as the election has not been cancelled and a new date announced,there is no way to replace Dapo. Besides,Monday is the deadline for submission and inec offices have closed for the weekend so writing to inec to witness another primary on Monday and getting inec to reply and mobilize their officials to all wards and organizing any other primaries between now and Monday is practically impossible sir.
