now I already have d evaluation letter with mea,do I have to reg again or just upload d letter of evaluation since I can still access my dashboard

I done see my name since Thursday. The guy wey I meet to know if I fit register from 12am, say him no go open him cafe by that time except we reach 10. So I had no choice but to wait.
