Hello,

Please how do i migrate my WhatsApp messages from Android to iOS?

Most of the tutorials i have seen didn't work

Had same problem migrating, but was able to eventually. A bit of pain if you ask me. Successfully moved the messages but lost some data (photos). You just have to think outside the box to do that, that idea didn't cross my mind until now. Anyways I'll hook you up with the tut when I'm free.

I remember asking this same question some time ago, unlike the OP no one bothered to answer. I had to do a search online until I found the solution. Here I am trying to help, so at least the OP won't go through the same wahala that did, and now you've just ruined it for him. I'm sure eventually he'll find a way out. Quote me as much as you want, I won't bother replying. As e be sey na your business, you can help the OP.

I moved from ios to android with it . You should be able to reverse it..

the stress was too much o... i had to leave the android data just in case

Using Email Chat to move WhatsApp messages from Android to iPhone is a simple method for every user. You only need to follow the below steps:

Step 1. Find and go to WhatsApp on your iPhone, then click "Settings > Chats Setting > Chat History > Email Chat".
Step 2. Choose the WhatsApp messages that you want to move to Android, then decide send with or without media files in the email message as you like.
Step 3. Type an email address and press "Send" button to begin the process. Then, you can login to your WhatsApp account on Android device, find the email that you just sent.

Please be noted that, the old iPhone WhatsApp messages can only be viewed on your Android but cannot sync with WhatsApp again through this method.

Generally speaking, you need to backup WhatsApp messages with WhatsApp Backup on Android phone, then restore the backups on iPhone.
Step 1. Go to "Setting > Chats > Chat backup > Back Up Now" to backup your Android WhatsApp messages.
Step 2. Uninstall WhatsApp on Android, then turn to iPhone.
Step 3. Run WhatsApp on iPhone and login to your WhatsApp account. When you see a message "Message Backup Found", don't hesitate to click "Restore" button to restore the backed up Android WhatsApp messages to iPhone.
