A look at the composition of national delegates in today's presidential primary of the PDP tends to favour the Senate President. Attached is copy of the section of the party's constitution that spelt out the composition. Remember, he influenced most of the decampees both from the senate and with Dogara's influence on members of the house will also play a significant role in this primary election. This and other factors may work for Saraki's victory.
