Is u that is confusing urself, chip unlock means u will use chip with ur sim for the phone while worldwide unlock will use chips to unlock initiallly so that u can use any sim without the chip on in the phone.

This phone was bought brand network locked however i also got an iPhone 7plus which arrived some days later so i used the iPhone 7plus meaning the iPhone 6s was barely used for some days. Although i forgot it in my office locker so its a bit dusty. Box and phone only.
