The hat is a quick gimmick to line up at the Kwankwasiyya money distribution point and get paid. Once they pocke the money they swarm away and remove hat to go line up at Atiku money distribution point and show their back to get money.

Money distribution point is nothing but a facilitation of corruption - vote buying, and is criminal. When we at the grassroot participate in it we endorse those at top to continue corruption and crime against treasury.
