minimum 50k = house rent 50% increase

₩₩₩₩₩₩_ food stuff 50% increase

₩₩₩₩₩₩ _ everything 50% increase.

so NLC should think twice before taking any decision.
That's what am really worried about, cause the first time it was increased from 7k to 18k, the price of everything almost tripled, now the 18k is much more useless than the 7k from before. I could remember vividly cause I was getting ready for uni at that time.

We need to increase purchasing power of the naira not minimum wage

He is right to some extent, increasing minimum wage with the same productivity is a catastrophe waiting to happen. What the country needs now is to maximise the potential of it's teeming population for optimum productivity before increasing their purchasing power.

We need to increase purchasing power of the naira not minimum wage
Even if the purchasing power of the Naira drastically increases the price of goods and commodity wont come down, this is the case as far as this shiithoole of a country called Nigeria is concerned.

A very good case is the current price of goods now, the price of goods and services increased to its current state when the Naira was going for close to N500/$, but now the price of the Dollar has come down but the price tag of goods at N500/$ is still what we are having, clearly the price of the Dollar has dropped but the price of goods has not - what a country.

Nigeria needs powerful Institutions that will head agencies that will regulate the price of goods and services, unfortunately neither the FG or NLC are thinking about this.

Let me go and check whether my visa is ready.

Nigeria will never make it as a country. Only individuals can make it. If you can, leave this place o. Naija will never be better.

I was in a polling unit today and inec officials were just tabulating their sh!t, mirroring yesterday's result as today. People get paid to vote. These are the people that will become your leaders in 2019. And you think this country is standing. Hmm
You think minimum wage is a big deal, heh, you ain't seen sh!t. You think the government don't know what to do to make this country great? They are smarter than you think. A well functioning system is hard to steal from and they know it. Do they keep fvcking it up so they can gain from the whole chaos.
I believe in few well talented and moral Nigerians to make it in this life but, Nigeria as a country is heading straight to hell. Yeah, I said it

Fvck NLC, fvck the government. They're all hypocrites. Fvck ASUU, fvck NASU, fvck NURTW, fvck any corporation of the like. They tell people to go for strike and get paid at the back then, call y'all back that they have had agreement in my black a$$.

In fact fvck me and fvck you too

Good night

Since they don't want the economy to be hyper inflated they should slash the Semators/Honourables and ministers salary by 50% and inject the same to fund the 50k minimum wage #problem solve

Thanks for writing the truth. Most laymen don't know the implications
U don't need to create additional money to increase salary all you need to do is cut from somewhere that collects much (Senators those other high earning politicians) and use it to meet the 50k salary with that no additional money is introduced Abi?
