It is no more news that Mr Atiku Abubakar (Wazirin Adamawa) is the PDP presidential candidate.
However, since all primary elections for senatorial, governoship and presidential has been concluded, what are the political fall back options for the main PDP presidential contenders like senator kwankwaso (current kano central senator), senator bukola saraki (senate president, kwara central), Aminu Waziri Tambuwal (incumbent governor of sokoto state), senator David mark (Benue)

Now, are we going to see candidates who won the respective constituencies represented by these political gladiators step down for them?

I'm just curious though.

They have fall back options.

BUKOLA SARAKI takes Kwara Central Senatorial Ticket
GOVERNOR AMINU WAZIRI TAMBUWAL takes PDP GUBER Ticket
Senator RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO takes Kano Senatorial Ticket.

Jang may return to the Senate too (but highly unlikely)

Makarfi and Lamido will be given some key responsibilities.

Saraki will not come back to senate. Do not also assume that atiku has won the general election. The battle is going to be tough because APC will deploy everything including cutting atiku's money supply etc

There were indications Sunday that three of the major losers in the People’s Democratic Party, PDP nomination convention may have been rewarded with return tickets in their present positions.
Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Senate President Bukola Saraki and Senator Rabiu Kwankwanso it was gathered last night have been gifted tickets for the Sokoto governorship, Kwara Central and Kano Central Senatorial positions respectively.
The tickets were given to them after the names previously listed for the above positions were dropped.
