Validated:It is the hypocrisy of Nigeria's political elites. It is very sad but honestly, it is very real. You will very likely do the same if you are in similar position. That is why some of us have been advocating for attitudinal change from all Nigerians if we are to move this country forward. Corruption, nepotism, impunity, self preservation, tribalism, disloyalty to the country and other vices had eaten too deeply into all our political elites including young and aspiring leaders. We need to redefine our value system if we are to progress as a nation. |

Who knows maybe he intends creating his own party after service and eventually emerging as their presidential candidate to contest against buhari. Buhari has finished this nation, anyone who wants to rescue the nation from buhari should vote for Atiku, a vote for all these mushroom parties is a waste of valuable votes that should have gone to the person that can defeat buhari which happens to be Atiku and PDP. Any party without grassroot structure cannot survive in Nigeria, we are not yet developed and enlightened for that yet |

So, essentially, you have to do NYSC as a foriegn graduate, EVEN if you are over 30 years of age... Interesting. |

He is just interested in Nigeria Politics, he doesnt want anything that will discriminate or disqualify him from the post he want. But i thought NYSC has an age limit? |

Political ambition loading.... I went back to read his interview - the man sounds sincere to me. He did not want to serve initially but the officials told he he has to because he was less than 30 years when he graduated. He also wrote to Osibanjo accusing him on hypocrisy. Osibanjos daughter is the only one taken to serve in the state house. Nigeria is a very interesting country. OP, adjust your heading - the man has finished his NYSC. He finished last December |

DeeTweenie:People confuse themselves with the rules. Most people think the scheme is for youths not more than 30yrs old. No they're wrong. Anybody can actually serve provided you graduated below thirty. You can graduate at 25 and go and look for greener pastures or better things to do with your life before coming to do NYSC at 50. I served in 1999. |

All these first complaints set 1) Osinbanjo is not in charge of the NYSC corperw at the state house 2) He cannot possibly go through petitions himself 3) People often apply to law firms to be requested for NYSC. Did you do the same? |
