A few days ago I missed a call from this number +881996540536, I attempted to call back and it went off after 9 seconds, the bill I got after the call showed me I was charged 11.80 kobo, I went to bed.

In the morning I tried to make a call and found my credit had been wiped out, I called 9 mobile to report this abnormal deduction, 540 Naira for a 9 second call, they promised to resolve it and later sent a text that I was charged 60 Naira per second, I told them even a call to heaven would not cost that much . I called NCC consumer complain line 622 and reported the matter, immediately they contacted 9mobile and less than 2 minutes later I got a call from 9 mobile telling me they have refunded my money with apologies.

If your network provider is acting funny please call and report 8am to 5pm daily

I called back and told them thank you
