as in how? Dont every healthy man masturbates? Cos I do and am full of life physically and spiritually and am also happy.

As a believer we are supposed to live the life of Christ, which is Holiness and righteousness, which without no man can see God. I remember then whenever I fall victim of this deadly sin. I die spiritually. below are some consequences I got aftermath
1. I feel disconnected from God
2. I become totally unaware of what happens in the spiritual world, my dream life cut off.
3. I feel weak spiritually, I can't pray or study the Word
4.i feel God has rejected me.

different strokes for different folks

1. Run to God, ask for forgiveness of your sins and let him cleanse you. If your heart condemn you, God is greater than your heart. 1 John 3:20.

2. Your spiritual awareness should increase, seeing you are weak and needed God to be strong. This is when your daily prayer and Bible study should increase.

3. His grace is sufficient for you, for His strength is made perfect in our weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:19. Run to the scripture open it by force, read, open your mouth, pray out by force.

4. He doesn't reject anyone except he that reject himself. Everyone whom my Father has given me shall come to me, and anyone that comes to me I shall not cast out John 6:37

However we should stand strong and firm in faith and not use our liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Galatians 5:3
