I will be teaching all First bank esteemed Customers and the prospectives about how to set up their mobile banking platforms either using the mobile app First Mobile from Google Playstore, ( that's those of us using an Android device) or iOS from the Apple store and BlackBerry App market . One can accept files through Xender but, will not receive any updates when available.
Also, as the app version gets upgraded some phone's OS may not accept newer versions.
for those of us using windows mobile phones, First bank is currently working on launching the app for windows OS users. Please all our first bank customers should carefully read through this thread in between lines. Thanks

very good input from you. For our customers who wish to blacklist their ussd service on their phone number in case their phone number gets stolen, all they need to do is dial *894*911# from any other sim, and then input their phone number, it gets blacklisted. So they dont have to worry about their funds being stolen.

Just download it again on your new phone, through the App Store and follow from the 3rd step to reactivate it
Re: First Bank Putting You First With The Firstmobile App by Splasshhh(f): 2:06pm On Oct 08, 2018
What is new on Firstbank *894# USSD string.

USSD transactions above N20, 000 now require a second authentication. This means for transactions above N20, 000, customers will be prompted to enter their ATM pin *in addition to* the regular 5-digit USSD PIN.

The maximum transfer limit remains N100, 000.

Customers can now blacklist mobile numbers by dialing *894*911# from any mobile phone and following the prompts.

Happy banking.

Sorry about that.
Visa is not legible for now.

Possible reasons for that response are:

Card numbers not entered correctly.
Use the eye icon to confirm your entries

Card pin may be wrong.
Enter your 4 digits ATM pin correctly. Make sure it is the same one u use when making withdrawals from and ATM machine

Your phone number may not be on SMS alert.
Visit the nearest Firstbank branch, update phone and SMS alert.

I believe it will work after these
