In 2011, Amosun was the Popular choice, he had his own structure. .it was more of a symbiotic relationship between Amosun and Tinubu.. Tinubu wanted a Popular candidate that could help win Ogun State.

The first 4 years of Daniel was awesome, He transformed Abeokuta and made it one of the best and cleanest capital,He did very well in ijebu particularly sagamu, he also did some roads in yewa.

He made sure olabisi onabanjo University was in every region of ogun state to boost those areas, such as engineering school in ibogun, agric school in ayetoro, college of medicine in sagamu nd basic medical sciences in ikenne, these added to the revenue generation of the indigenes of those axis even till today.

He upgraded tasce to tasued, this also helped the igr of ibogun and ijebu ode.

He brought about the industrial growth on lagos Ibadan express way.

Unfortunately, the latter part of his second term was nothing to write home about but he indeed transformed ogun state in the place of education, tourism, security, sports growth and industrial revolution.

I believe APC don't know what they are doing if they don't find peace with amosun and as you said dapo need him more than amosun need him and more so Amosun is for yewa agenda so his possible choice of party will be ADC and to think PDP giver candidate is also from the east definitely dapo vote will be split and all gni need is just some part of Ogun central which if APC didn't manage this crisis well amosun will just deliver Ogun central for gni.

In 2007, ANPP a not too popular party in Ogun State had more votes than a well known AC that had Dipo Dina as its candidate.. .it's definitely you that knows nothing about Ogun Politics.

In Edo State 2016 governorship election, Oshiomhole singlehandedly brought in Obaseki against d wish of d party and against d wish of the then National Chairman, Oyegun. Most of Oshiomole's cabinet members were against his dictatorial n recalcitrant stance of imposing Obaseki. He harassed n sacked those who refused to budge. Today, he wants APC governors to listen to him when he didn't listen to Oyegun. APC will be neck deep in crisis prior to 2019 because of karma. Nigerians are wiser. We re tired of their lies.
