Lovely. Keep supplying the best.
I regret not screeding my external wall. But your paints still make it look beautiful even without screeding the external wall.
And next time I will use putty screeding not cement screeding, it look more beautiful even before applying paints.
Oh well, too much kobo-kobo savings.

Screeding should be done after plastering.

Our ever erudite scholar has already given you the answer. screeding is used just to smoothen the cement plaster surface. It can't replace plastering.

Yes sir, the purpose is to make the wall look smooth and bring out the paint better.

Beautiful architecture but nice screeding job. The product quality really compliment the architecture. The screeding brought out the architecture. Professional execution all round. Client and contractor I commend you all.

Another thing: I noticed that the building has not been fenced but the owner was bold enough to have run the wiring. The neighborhood must be safe.
