the difference is that Atiku is more digitalized. More likely to build bridges and do away with the hate and bigotry that characterised Bubu's presidency.

He has better understanding of the economy (even Obasanjo admitted to that).
The similarity between Bubu and Atiku is that they're both corrupt.
