Chief of Staff to Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, has been presented with INEC forms as the Imo APC Governorship Candidate in the 2019 election.

I have been watching Uche Nwosu from afar. He doesn't appear like one who seriously desperate to rule IMO state. I guess his father in-law need someone to cover his tracks. Unfortunately, when the chips are down, Uche Nwosu will go through the pains of defeat alone.
