Misconception About Voting Atiku/obi Candidature by WhyMoD: 5:11am On Oct 13, 2018
The misconception here is obvious..

Many Yorubas believe that Nigerians voting for Atiku and Obi is a vote for the Igbos? Really? How?

It's a vote for the betterment of Nigeria.
If APC gives Osibanjo ticket today and kicks Buhari away, many Igbos would go with Osibanjo instead..

Igbos want a society that works. And Buhari is clearly not offering that.

Atiku would still be kicked out if after one term he fails jus like Buhari.

Igbos would have still chosen Atiku over Buhari even if he had chosen a Yoruba man. Go to facebook Igbo pages and see Igbos suggestions. They're NOI, Obi, Adesina of AfDB

So why are many Yorubas greedy and believe Nigeria revolves around them?
So you'd rather see a non-working Nigeria rather than supporting and Igbo who has what it takes to make it work?
Igbos certainly do not share this spirit.

We've supported Yorubas and Hausas.
We clearly believe Buhari is not working, of course we believe Osibanjo has what it takes.

Igbos are supporting Atiku not Obi.. of course we're happy Obi was chosen not jus because he is Igbo but cos he has proven his worth as a governor in anambra..

Ask Anambra people or even other people who live in anambra and they'll tell you why we should give Nigeria this chance..

Go to YouTube and watch The Platform/Peter Obi.. every issue he raised there is real life. Anybody from anambra can testify

Today Anambra state is the most financially stable state in Nigeria it's all Obi's prudent and frugal management..
According to UN.. anambra state is the first and only state to reach the MDGs in Nigeria.. it's all thanks to Obi
As untill 2015.. Anambra state had the best road networks in Nigeria.. it's Obi..

While other states were busy borrowing and owing salaries, Obi saved over 155million USD and about 70billion naira for the future of Anambra..yet he did not owe any body..
And this is why while other states are not paying salaries, Anambra state was increasing workers salaries. Go and check..

Do I need to tell any body how Anambra state is coming first in weac and neco back to back? Well it started in 2011 after Obi handed over the Schools to the missionaries and made sure the funds where handed directly to them. Refused to give it to ministries because he noticed there were many tollgates the money would pass before getting to be actual work and there were better checks and balances in the missionaries management of the schools..

He made so many reforms that reduced the cost of governance in Anambra

Don't you think a man like this is what Nigeria deserve at this dire moment?

Do u think Igbos would support people like Okorocha even if he get the ticket to become president? No..not because of his party, we'd support Ngige and Ogbonnaya Onu but not Okorocha.. they're all APC..

So stop this greed and place national interest over regional interest. Yes you should fight for regional interest but not at the detriment of the whole welfare of the nation..

We all have a collective interest, kick Buhari home. If APC gives ticket to Fashola or Osibanjo then we can talk..

Peace

Gbam.
The bad egg is buhari not osibanjo.

Igbos want a progressive country and buhari isn't offering that.
One tribalistic bigot here said he's ready for another 4years of buhari hardship instead of supporting an Igbo VC

The Igbos like every other sensible Nigerians, supported Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, unconditionally even before he chose Peter Obi as his running mate .

So The hatred and division the APC social media miscreants are trying to create between the Igbos and other tribes , won't work .

We are wiser now .

nice points... but politics is a game of interests... you can't tell a zone to ignore their own who is a vice president and can become a president if something unplanned happens

Op, stop all these naratives about Yoruba being greedy! True Yorubas know and see the truth and see that Buhari has failed woefully. True Yorubas know that Buhari is probably the most tribalistic, most divisive and arguably the worst president ever ruled this country! Your thoughts are not position of all Yorubas but the few ones who have been programmed to continue to sing Buhari's praises despite his obvious failures and abysmal performance. Lastly, true Yorubas are not greedy, OBJ ruled this country for 8 years and Osinbajo has been VP for more than 3 years. I've been saying since last year, when PDP zoned their presidency to the North, that Igbo should be choosen as a running mate. Igbos should also have their turn, Nigeria belongs to all.

My own is that this is the first time I'm really seeing the magnitude of Yoruba's hatred for anything Igbo.

The mistake we are all making is thinking that the APC BMC are representative of Yoruba people. Ibos stop painting the Yorubas with the same brush. I made the same mistake until I saw what the Yorubas are saying on unannoymously social media like Facebook. The Yorubas are not as hateful as Buhari's demons keep trying to paint them as. The BMC are paid to be miserable and spread their hate around. This time around we're wiser. Stop paying attention to APC trash. Buhari and his demons of hate will be sent back.
