You may not get a mirror with the same colour as the car. If this happens, you may spray the mirror after it has been mounted with the same car paint.

No need to buy another you can simply buy supper glue and dengenpo the thing there he will never notice or

pretend like you want to wash his car and simply tell him it got damaged while cleaning it or

simply fain ignorance about what happened to the mirror react as if you are surprised or

Tbh, just as Nurey said, there's no point in fixing it. Go and report yourself. Collect your shout and/or beating.

There's absolutely no way you'd replace the side mirror and your dad wouldn't know. No way. And when he finds out, you go still chop the shout and/or beating. Why waste money?

If you have the cash, buy another mirror even if it's a different colour, install it then beg your dad for forgiveness (you can go through your mom or any of his good friends) even though he shouts, he'll still respect your sense of responsibility. don't fix it, save the money one and report yourself. you breaking your dad's car is a tradition passed down from one generation to the other and this will be a good story for his grand kids when they break your car.
