The EASTERN TELEGRAPH can authoritatively report that the Certificate of Return purportedly issued by INEC to the Duo of Hon. Uche Nwosu and Senator Hope Uzodinma is rather "fake" and not the authentic.

According to our investigation, one can Obtain such Documents online and also parade them as having been issued by INEC by just doing the simple googling. All INEC Forms including the Form CF001 are available for download online. Just go through google on INEC website and do the downloading
