My laptop was encrypted by Gandcrab 5.0.2 with this two viruses UKVIB-Decrypt.txt and EFAJU-Decrypt. txt encrypting all my files & documents. I can't access anything again. They where asking me to pay ransomeware to get my system back. I don't know how to remove it manually and when I tried to download Spyhunter5 and Reimage to help me scan and decrypted it. After scanning it asking me for licence key online and I don't have means of buying the activation key. Pls anyone that can help I need activation key for spy hunter or any other means that help out.

If I format how will I recover my documents and files lockup in backup partition back. Formatting is not an option in this case.

Your drive has been encrypted.
No antivirus or antispyware can decrypt it, though its possible if its a well known exploit. But its very unlikely. .
It looks like you are out of options.
