you are on point, media was only speculating by virtue of the scope covered by the ORDER, the list was first released in july, but probably due to the suit challenging it, there was no comment/reaction to it then till a court affirm the executive power in making such Order.
Except for those within the net(might be more or less than 50 as at today), it's not every cases that it covers.
eg, Fayose, I dont think he was in the list reported by the media, but with the situation of things, he might found himself there, similar to the dead ones also(about 2), they would have reduced that figure from 50.
