A phone thief was nearly lynched to death by angry mob at Obio Offord Primary School,Uyo.He was served with hot slaps and acrobatic beatings with heavy sticks by mob.One Keke man had rushed to get fuel and another volunteered to donate tyre before security officers came and rescued him.

According to report,he went into a nearby church and stole mobile gadgets including phones.Information says they were two but one managed to run away.

This is a very terrible thing to see and there is no way to justify it, but it springs from years of frustration on the part of Nigerians and the thief is an unlucky scapegoat on whom the mob pours out their anger. Inhumane.
