I mistakenly press on my ads twice.
Does that mean Google will disable my account?

Naaah... I've clicked my ads accidentally sometimes, I wasn't banned. So as long as you dont do it again continuously purposely

The best way to avoid story that 'story that touches the heart is to use ad block on your website, while surfing through it ..

that's what I did for my blog Trendy Tech Buzz

To avoid google ban and have a Valid tracking of my AdSense.

I can easily activate it when I need to check my AdSense design or layout ..etc.

is Adsense reliable? I want to know cuz I'm currently learning web design

Don’t try it again bro. You can install Adsense publisher tool for your browser if you use Google chrome, this way even if you click it for testing. You’re safe.

I made this mistake of clicking my ads sometimes ago and I was banned twice but I got lucky and my account was reactivated. You may not be as lucky as I was, so desist from it.

Nothing like mistakenly twice! C'mon! I don't know much about Adsense but I know how important it is not to click on your own Ads
