Is it not Abuja :-? I have seen a G WAGON with the Learner inscription in this town. Abuja is the headquarters of fake life. Most of this people are tenant.

I don't know why people buy this car. It is a dumbed down Mercedes benz, everything in there is substandard, don't get me started on the creaking dashboard and the fake leather seats.

wearing an L does not mean you are learning per se....My wife went to driving school for 4months, her hand was quite strong but she still chose to put on the L on her brand new 2010 Toyota Camry (Spider) for upto a month. she always told me that the L makes d dreaded keke Napep to give her chance.
