please for those who attended boarding schools and stayed in boarding houses, we may have heard about the stories sorrounding the much talked about and fearful "lady koi koi" .....Now am asking, were this stories back in the days real or just a myth?

Real or fake, stories about her give me the creeps to this day.

It's one of those divinely made-up stories. Nothing 'bout that story is real... It's fictional

A female teacher in a secondary school in the east known for wearing her seriously high high-heeled shoes that made 'koi koi' noises when walking. Thus she was nicknamed, madam koi koi. Then she died and her ghost haunted her students, especially her high-heel 'koi koi' noises. At night, students would often hear someone walking in high heels making noise, similar to madam koi koi's which would instill terror in everyone and the story has spread ever since.

I heard the story as a child growing up in the east and it was scary as hell.

They should not, abeg. Nollywood is known to raise ignorance in the masses. Most of the people caught for performing blood money got the inspiration for their actions from Nollywood films.

I heard that story too. It was believed that India used black magic and that's why they scored those goals. That's why India was banned from playing football😅

Even in the north here,madam koi koi is real must especially familiar to those female that went to boarding schools in early 2000

From my experience the kon-kon shoe movement was very real, whenever I wake up to go pee in the middle, though I don’t know the mystery behind it.. From jss 1 to ss3 FGC back then..
But when I realized that whenever there is a slight movement the spirit stops moving.. I stopped panicking.. I mean I can’t pee on my bunk na…
It’s was a very scary experience then life tire me for boarding house, but how am I supposed to come and start telling dad that a spirit that is not harming anyone is moving around at night so I want to stop attending federal government college( in its glory days).?
Naso I get manage am till I graduate we no Dey fear again

In Female Boarding schools or Universitiy Girls Hostels,

In all Female Boarding schools and Uni Girls hostel, we hear of such stories.

There is a story of one that removed her Head in the MidNight and was plaiting it.

Then again, many Hostels are haunting Grounds for jobless, roaming demons.

Those forces u felt are probably one of them.

It was just a myth joor.

Which state is the school located? And which year was that?

Hahahaha all These GEN Z on nairaland u never come this world then how would u conclude it’s not real? Anyway shir it was true story that happened for decades before it stopped , the woman died in the 80s,and angry spirit tormented boarding schools for years, make I stop here make some fit sleep
