If you give me N12.6B I will build at least 5000 Housing units of 2 bedrooms flats and 1 bedroom flats. That Housing estate will have roads and waterworks.
Then I sell the houses for 3m average price and return back the N12.6B with 10% interest.
Last year I built 3 units of such for N5m in Ganaja area of Lokoja. If you doubt me let's try one.
