So if the capital owner really wants to start a business he/she should research on the cost and benefit of the business and most importantly the cost of building a customer base or reaching target market,

I will advice you to go into nylon waste recycling. You will need two machines - wet grinding machine and palletizing machine. These are money making machines. The good thing about this business is that you can start with just one of them. You will both do your own work and also work for customers who will bring their products to your factory to process for a very good fee. The demand is so high that your factory will have to operate 24h. Sourcing of raw materials and sales of finished products are all very easy. May I add that I disagree with the fixed location approach. I am not einclined to a mobile distribution service with a car and attending to the demands of a particular neighbourhood for which you already have exclusive rights for the manufacturing/importing company.
