What is wrong with zenith bank. Does it mean they don't obey the order from the Senate mandating the CBN to ask banks to stop the ATM card maintenance fee.
I woke up this morning to receive a message from the bank that #52.50 has been deducted for card maintenance for the month of October.
Why are they fast to deduct it earlier this time than the end of the month they normally deducts it.
Zenith bank is trying to be smart.

Does the senate have the powers to tell banks how to run their businesses other than to make laws? The said "order" is just an advice and CBN can choose to incorporate it into their guidelines.
