Pls and please, do not mind those telling you that land will be worth triple in a year time. its a fat lie. Land usually dont triple that way until the various land or estate owners start developing their landed properties. Anything in Ibeju-Lekki is an investment that will grow over time. Expect 2 - 5 years from your investment to start appreciating. Do not over salivate over the fact that the lands look cheap. it is buy, secure, keep, and wait(it will appreciate in value when meaningful projects start taking places) All i know is that anybody who invested in a genuine land in Ibeju-Lekki will never regret it because the property will definitely give you value for your money. And do not say that it is far. Remember Lekki, Chevron Area, VGC, Ajah were all far before now. Go touch one small property for there now, and your bank account go tell you exactly how far. |

"People will trade their money for things that they find more valuable than the money they just spent." I recall how my Dad used to cut chunks of shares he has in companies and sell to make ends meet, when the end seems far(when we were in hard times). i also remembered the lands he sold after keeping it it for some years. You will always spend money. Why not spend it on things that do appreciate in value. Lands still available - Genuine land, no omonile wahala. |

Business at whatever level is all about trust. Due to Nigerian factors, those buying dont seems to find honest people dealing or selling, and the honest sellers dont have enough buyers willing to trust them or what they are offering. It's a vicious circle with nobody willing to give in, and good investment goes to waste. Genuine land offering from honest and trusted party still available... Trust me, and check me out first. Conry: Below is one of my favourite quote from a movie: "To find out if a country is rich or poor look at the bins(waste bins). If there are bins and no rubbish, it's rich. if there's rubbish by the bins, it's neither rich nor poor, it's touristy. And if there's rubbish but no bins, then it's poor." Value is all about perception, but perception doesn't just come without a reason. And individually or as a group we are responsible for how we or other people perceived the value (money wise, or otherwise) of our environment. Rubbish everywhere and no bins provided by somebody or the community, downhill goes the value of our location. This is just a few aspect on how a location is perceived. Clean environment, good drainage system, good collective security (Community vigilante or Gated Estate security, individuals of good net worth, all will help to raise or even hype up the value of a location. when buying land or property in a new area, don't go to buy alone. Get your colleagues, your network of business partners,friends and family to join you. With time, the value will shoot up, which will attract more quality and great individuals, and the circle will keep repeating until eternity. |
