Nipost are very poor, DHL is better just that there is a lot of hassle with them, let's hope we get our item.

it's very slim that you will get your package cos the tracking number start with L. Someone send 6 items to me from the U.S, the tracking number start with LC, I only get 3 out of the 6.

My situation involves an Ebay purchase with a wrong delivery address that is currently being shipped within the US.

The seller had already shipped the item before I could update my primary shipping address with the correct one. Apparently the individual who is supposed to receive the item notified me late of the address change.

I had reached out to the Ebay seller to retrieve the package and modify the address but he said he had already shipped and referred me to USPS's website.

I have tried to make use of the change delivery address feature on the tracking page, but it says they are experiencing technical difficulties. A DM on their FB page on Wednesday has been unanswered.

The item is still in transit with today, the 23rd being the expected delivery date.

The individual who is receiving the item has asked that I call the post-office to effect the address since the old shipping address doesn't bear his name but mine.

Since yesterday was Thanksgiving day, I will place a call through today in the hope that this can be resolved quickly.

Try the nearest, they have a way of identifying which post office it may be at. Sometimes they don't call, or they may and your number didn't go through and due to volume of calls they make may not remember to try your number again. Just go to the nearest post office with your tracking number and means of identification (preferably national ID, driver's licence, or voter's card).
