Osaro Idah/The PS ministry of Agric Edo state collected kickbacks from contractors during the Obaseki agric intervention programme last year. How did I know? My person(security purposes) was one of the contractors so I accompanied him/her the day he/she was going to pay one of the tranches of the kickbacks at Idah's house, Sapele road.
