The Federal University, Otuoke in in Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa State, has been thrown into mourning following the untimely demise of one of its students.

The deceased identified as Bernice Owutuamor was killed in a fatal accident after being knocked down by a hit and run driver in her area. 

It was gathered that the young lady died even before she could be taken to the hospital. 

Before her death, the 19-year-old was a 300 level student of Business Administration at the institution. 

May her soul rest in peace.

For her to be 19 means she was probably admitted at 16.

This is one of the disadvantage of admitting underaged students into Universities.

Why admit someone who can't even cross the main road just because they passed the entrance exams?
