“So when a woman loses her unborn child she’s not able to grieve in the same way as a woman who gave birth to a baby that dies after being born.

You are absolutely right. We all look like that in the fetus during pregnancy and that is because we share the same DNA structure with the Anunnaki (Aliens) that created Homo Sapiens who many ignorant religious folks refer to as The Elohims.

While I was schooling in Kano, I know a handful of politicians in the North who indulged in this barbaric act of eating human fetus.

It is an open secret in the North that Alimodu Sherriff (former governor of Borno) eats human fetus like this in form of pepper-soup, and he's actually not the only one.
