The Crisis rocking the Rivers State APC has not ended yet even as the Rotimi Amaechi led Faction has won a big Boost from the Party National Secretariat. According to Reports, APC National Has officially recognized Rotimi Amaechi Faction as the authentic Faction of the party as Senator Magnus Abe has finally lost out.

The Party has officially recognized Billionaire, Tonye Cole as it's official Governorship Candidate in the State even with a Supreme Court Ruling nullifying the Primaries that produced him as Candidate.

A slippery road for Cole, with supreme court against the Congress that elected him, he will lose through the court even after he might have won through the ballot. The court has emphatically stated that it can not reward disobedience. They should have collapsed the both factions and hurriedly conduct a fresh primary giving INEC the court ruling as their reason.

No slippery ground for Tonye Cole go and read APC constitution and guidelines for primaries you'll know that NWC fixes date, conducts, organises, supervises and declare winner thereafter.

If state exco conducts primaries why didnt NWC adopts Akinlade since state exco conducted the primary that he emerged winner.

NWC said they never conducted the primary that he emerged with that reason he can't be accepted by NWC as APC guber candidate in Ogun.
