You're very right bro. Uniform job pays better than fed uni . As a uniform officer ur take home with Bsc is 120k and above, ND/NCE 80k i stand to be corrected though. while in fed uni, Bsc is 95k ND/NCE 60 to 70k, only the lecturers ends 150k and you must be a master's holder

Bro if you know the private sector establishment that pays better kindly lemme know please. All this interest i have (I'm sure I'm speaking for many others too) in these federal jobs is just to escape the bully and injustice in the private sector. Myself particularly have to work 11hrs Mon to Sat (including public holidays) for a meager pay not even up to 6figures. No other compensations, no growth/ promotion structure for one, you just keep laboring year after year for the same old little pay and no job security. My dear I've concluded that private sector jobs are enslavements and if not govt job then its better off to start a business instead.

To put it bluntly, private sectors are not worth killing yourself for because you won't be given what you deserve. Meagre pay, intolerance, injustice etc.

Also, there will be promotion interview for senior officers on 8th of this month. So I’m not sure if that will affect the supposed circular.
