MTN Nigeria have been experiencing a dawntime for the past 7 hours now. Customers have been getting this error messages when they try accessing MTN services;

"Dear esteemed customer, service is temporarily unavailable. Sincere apologies for the inconveniences. Please try again later".

MTN Nigeria have taken to their Social media Handle apologizing over customers experience over their dawntimes.

Same problem here, I use glo cos they are masters of data but recently they've been misbehaving, their network always go on and off

Airtel as ND 9mobile are the only options now

i use airtel currently, but I won't advise u to use airtel. They are thieves, my credit keeps disappearing and when I call their customer care, they tell me I subscribed for one stupid package that I don't even receive, only these week alone more than 250 airtime was deducted from my phone for a package I didn't subscribe for

things are like getting worse in Nigeria hmmn

Today, I kept receiving VTU for all the failed transactions that were reversed in my Bank account. As at now, I’ve 10k worth of airtime and they’ve debited me accordingly. I wonder why was the transaction reinitiated when there was a reversal and I didn’t get any airtime topup.
