Are you kidding me? Aside Abuja, Lagos and p.h, which other city in Nigeria do you think is more viable for serviced apartments than Owerri?? FYI, Owerri already has several serviced apartments.
The city may not be industrial or commercial, but it certainly has a thriving real estate sector and lots of rich people both within and outside Nigeria like owning homes in Owerri.

Leave the ignorant people to continue ranting. He also owned a private jet long before becoming Governor. Can a poor man own and service private jet? What some fail to understand is that being a Governor doesn't stop your family members from running their businesses or continuing with your private business until you leave. This particular Akachi road was considered a wasteland few years ago but now a high brow real estate haven because of the beautiful access road built by Okorocha's government.

A Facebook user who visited the estate today - couldn't contain his shock as he filmed himself driving around the newly completed estate alleged to be worth billions of naira. 

According to reports, the Akachi Estate seats on over 80 plots of land. It has over 10 duplexes and ten bungalows all fully and well furnished, to be used as service apartments.

He berated the governor for allegedly using tax payer's money to build such as exquisite estate while pensioners are languishing in sorrow over their entitlements. He also revealed that it is difficult to gain access into new estate due to the tight security.

The man shared a video of the elegant estate which has gone viral online.

Apart from statues he built, Rochas has no single completed project in Imo State. He wasted task payers money on frivolities and non essential projects, the 27 health centers built in the 27 LGA of Imo state have become den of kidnappers and armed robbers, non was completed nor equipped. No single road project completed even though all of them are sub standard. should i talk about the pension fund? Rochas should be in jail after his tenure.

I thought Nneoma is different from others, reasons why i like her so much. But she seem worse than the others by owning a whole town, little wonder Okorocha wants his son in-law to take over from him to hide their loots. Governor's wives are all thieves like their husbands. Yet, governors are all refusing to pay 30k minimum wage. Vampires they all are. Governors and their wives should be sent to the dungeon.

We know about Rochas Okorocha Foundation that built ultra modern Schools in several States of the Federation and gives full Scholarships to thousands of deprived children from the entire nation and several countries all over Africa!
