Leaving Nigeria For The First Time. I'm Scared by ConciousRapper: 12:03pm On Nov 06, 2018
Please I'm travelling to Ghana.. and I have all my necessary documents with me.. Like E-passport, yellow card, National ID card & even voter's card. Now my fear is that.. I have zero balance in my bank account since I have my cousin over in Ghana that will take care of all my financial problems. Meaning I'm going to the airport with less than N1000.

1) will I be denied at the point of entry because of less funds with me

2) I'm going with a school bag and a big box. Will I be charged for travelling with excess luggages?

3) I'm boarding a ONE WAY flight ticket. Will this have any effect on me? Because I may not come back anytime soon. So I thought of paying for no return ticket.

Please I'll appreciate if all my questions are attended to.

You don't need to be worried, you have your travel documents just sit back and enjoy you flight.

Have you cousin's contact handy incase dem wan dey cajole you for ghana, for 9ja here if dem see say you be first time traveler dem fit dey do shakara. tell dem you have your atm card for expenses. no give dem shishi

Your luggage size would depend on your airline, carry your school bag for hand then check in your box. I hope your school bag no heavy sha.

3) I'm boarding a ONE WAY flight ticket. Will this have any effect on me? Because I may not come back anytime soon. So I thought of paying for no return ticket. NOPE BUT YOU WOULD BE STAMPED FOR 90DAYS

Visiting Ghana to me should feel no different from traveling between states in Nigeria. Abeg, carry your load and enjoy yourself.

you need to renew with immigration else you would have overstayed your visa and spoil your travel history

You just made this story a complete fabrication.
Now for the life of me, why would you fabricate a story about going to Ghana, why not at least pick a European country.

Why go through the flight when you can travel to Ghana with Chisco Bus, which eventually would have solved 99% of questions asked..

Now BenNash look at the bolded segment of his response I quoted and tell me what you make out of that.
ConsciousRapper this is the exact reason I thought your story was fabricated, cos by that statement you gave an impression of having a 90 days visa stamped on your passport already. And that sounded like a tales by moonlight story.

if you look closely you will notice that someone else wrote that 90 days stamp stuff as an answer to his previous question and he answered that way because he doesn't know any better. Daz why it appears bold and Daz why he is making enquires

I see where the 90 days came in. The fellow who answered his enquiry had done that within his own quotes. Thanks for clarifying that.
