The civilian jtf have been fighting boko haram for years,if that is not a requirement to join a military then you have a serious problem.Those guys know how to kill already,so the best way to control them is to merge them inside the military.

They should have been since incorporated into the Nigerian Army.Had it been they were trained and recruited few years back, the Boko Haram insurgents would since have been degraded. Because their morale in the battle ground is far above and better than that of the Nigerian Army. This is because they fight for a cause (i.e safeguarding their state and and people in that troubled state;who have happened to be their parents, brothers, sisters, relatives etc ).Sometimes, however, if the battle is so intense that the Nigerian Army retreat, but those boys will never.They know in and out of Borno. Therefore, it will not take them all that long to fish out and deal with any Boko Haram element,if they are for instance as equipped as Nigerian Army. But, they should be subjected under close vigilante by the Nigerian Army. I wish them all the best.

This civilian JTF has one qualification and thats bravely and service to humanity, some of them might not go to school. Base on this we can understand but to me should be wise now to god enroll for WAEC external so that their case would not be like baba Buhari.

We have TC II, WAEC, SAEB, IJMB O and A levels, NECO, NABTEB etc.
