Which earned allowance and for who? Is it University of Ilorin that refused to join strike that these useless body is fighting for or the chairman that has caged uni Ilorin chapter of ASUU. Probably this is what will prompt university of Ilorin to join I suppose.

This is what happened.... UNILORIN and UNN were barred from benefitting from the last Earned academic allowance in 2017 cos they were sanctioned by ASUU by virtue of their dogged anti ASUU activities.
You don't benefit in a struggle you were highly antagonistic of. In this campuses, there are two ASUU factions, one recognized by ASUU national and the fake faction, comfortably inside the pocket of the school Admin.

When these institutions weren't paid, they lobbied the Minister and minstries to release their funds despite the standing agreement of the Union and FG not to do so. The universities took it a notch higher by paying only the fake faction not recognized by ASUU and told the real ASUU faction to go sort themselves out.

Now ASUU is saying is that those victimized members of UNILORIN be paid their due entitlements.

Sure they did and funny enough, they were ready to bear the pain of the sanctions provided the UNILORIN admin do the right thing by not empowering the rubber stamp fake faction
