Do not be quick to say it is greediness. grin grin

Consider their predicament first;
If KEKE NAPEP were to carry the standard number of passengers which is 3, wherein lies their gain? undecided
I pity the KEKE riders when i see hundreds of them at Boundary market waiting for their turns..

BUT,
The Benin riders are somewhat greedy o! grin
4 passengers is understandable but 5 is greediness.
grin grin

well it's not all keke that has the structure in Benin. some add just one seat to the front and make it 4 passengers. Another thing is that keke don't ply major roads were vehicular traffic is high. they are mainly found in adjourning streets where they are kings of the road there. Accident involving keke here is scarce

The difference is simply that here in Benin City we only recognize the name 'keke napep'

If u say maruwa, my brother nobody go understand u
My brother, i believe it's still the same tricycle that moves around isn't it? So why ban Maruwa and allows Keke Napep?

What are you talking about?
Who banned maruwa and who allowed the use of keke?

In Benin, the word maruwa has never been in use
It's known as keke

And it's only allowed in streets, they are banned from major roads

Bikes are also ban in two LGA, Oredo and ikpoba Okha
Allowed to ply the other 16 LGA
