Boundary Road, GRA, Benin is a popular road in Benin City, Edo state.

As with other parts of the Benin City GRA, Boundary Road is residence to some high-net-worth individuals in the state.

It is also the location of some Federal institutions such as the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Public Complaint Commission (PCC), etc.

The road is also the location of some prestigious hotels and recreational centers.

Boundary road, which was once known for its well-tared road surface, is now in the most atrocious state.

Just like many other roads in GRA Benin-City, Boundary Road has severely degraded in its condition.

In recent times, a significant portion of the once very well-tarred road, has degenerated to the status of an earth road.

The current condition of the road has led most motorists to abandon plying the road.

The current condition of the road is not particularly helped by the total absence of drainage facilities – a situation that is common to roads in the Benin City GRA.

I thought Oshomole was the best govonorship? APC una propaganda too much abeg. All talk and no work make APC a laughing stock

November 12th will make it 2 years he became governor in Edo state. TV road is the only major road you can pinpoint as his stride in road construction.

Not surprising. When Oshiomhole swore that he would have nothing to do with any project associated with the rich in GRA.

Unbelievable. I grew up near this road. It was one of the best roads in Benin city back then.This is so heartbreaking.

Meanwhile, Oshiomhole is on the run...

BTW obaseki is doing a good job as governor if you consider his civil service policies and infrastructure to a large extent Vis a vis the debt he inherited. Even delta, bayelsa, cross river are struggling to pay salaries despite their huge allocation

The OP is trying to draw attention to the failures of the government, and your next reaction is to attack him.

So, what if someone in government sees this and then decides to fix the road, wouldn't the electorates be better for it? Wont it be to his credit that Obaseki fix the road that has been long abandoned.

Until we stop this habit of defending our favourite politicians necessarily, I am afraid, Nigeria will not progress significantly.

I really don't critise him bringing the bad roads online, he just strikes me like someone who is new to Benin with his recent surge for creating anything so long its Benin city related
