Of course it would keep being inadequate.......Nigeria is just developing and our population is so high that hundreds of thousands are poured out of universities and other teitairy institutions into a labour market that has never being sufficient.....
it would take a miracle for the country to have about 60% employment rate. Even far developed countries like the US don't have 100% employment rate
