Why Peter Obi Should Be President. by mekaboy(m): 11:56am On Nov 02, 2018
I know tribalism and religion won't let Nigerians have him now as president, but let's have him close to the corridors of power even as VP.

We have seen the video and I also recall when governors were fighting Ngozi Iweala to share this money. Most of them are in APC today, blaming PDP for hardship when they caused the problem.

According to Ngozi iwealla, peter obi was among the few if not the only one that agreed to the idea. But his voice alone can't change anything as other governors needed the money to fund elections.

But one will say, peter obi himself was part of those that shared the money. Yes, but while others used theirs for elections, he invested Anambra's own in both savings, foreign and local bonds. Today Anambra has the highest single share in Sabmiller.

Since Nigeria could not save for tomorrow, peter obi at least saved for his state.

If you know your state governor saved the money they shared for your state, let's know where.

So we need people like obi that sees the future and takes steps ahead in government.

The next set of people that will counter this thread are those from Anambra that hate obi for not sharing money.

They will tell you obi left debt and stole money. He made Anambra poor and IGR grew 100 times.

Well I know most of them get their info from bear parlour . If you have to bring anything against obi bring facts . If you want to call him a thief and corrupt go to efcc and make a formal report.

Before you come to make noise about obiano here are questions you can answer.

Obiano did wonderfully well, why did he need ifeanyi ubah so much to promise return ticket to be delivered. Wasn't his achievements enough?

Ok, what happened to the ugu that was said to generate $2 million dollars for the state? Why did the state suddenly abandon the export?

Obiano is said to have attracted over $10 billion foreign investment to the state, list the investors, locations and number of people employed. At least everyone knows about sabmiller that obi brought.

Our IGR has gone up under obiano, how come we are borrowing more than obi today with less IGR?

If Obiano was to hand over today unlike obi, would he leave debt or savings?

They will say most of the investments obi made will mature in future, let's know how many state governors made such investments for their states. And mind you, wether it's bonds or treasury bills, the state receives interest on their investments.

Obi generated the money he invested as governor and Still built roads that connect all the town's in Anambra.

Where is the money Obiano is generating going?

Was Bill gates also bribed by obi for his implementation of MDG?

I am just listing these in preparation of the Anambra beer parlour attack dogs.

Peter obi is the master of propaganda, no tangible thing or project after 8 years, no signature project but goes about deceiving people with one wristwatch, one shoe, one house etc. I dare you to repond to the issues raised in the article, must be tough defending your paymaster

Your questions are clownish. here's one and my reply

Peter obi did wonderfully well according to you clowns, while did a drag a sick Ojukwu around Anambra to physically campaign for his reelection before he managed to win his relection following Ojukwu's "my last wish" campaign. Waiting for your answer

If Obi gets a to be Vice-President, Nigeria is doom because he will lead us another civil war if Atiku mistakenly dies. He hates and detest every other tribe apart from his tribe.

Jonathan was clannish and foolish. Buhari is clannish and foolish but Obi is clannish, vindictive, and over-ambitious. The perfect recipe to destroy this country.

it's okay the way it is

Atiku runs the affair of governance
While Peter Obi handles the economy...

The combo is great

Thank you for asking. In as much as Buhari is also clannish, he has never attempted to play politics of religion or politics of tribe. He has never attempted to stoke our fears to win an election. Obi is guilty of all these.

All because of a fecking gubernatorial election.

Exactly. People of little mind will bring religion but throw away their face during Buharis appointment.

They will talk of corruption and hide their face when APC's corruption is even caught on video.

Even the law is disregarded in this administration.

Yet they talk about Peter obi. We are not interested Peter obi as a person but what he is able to achieve when he is in a position of governance.

If he did well as governor of Anambra he will do better as VP.

The money that was stolen by Abacha who buhari called a saint is still being returned today.

The money that Peter obi saved for Anambra, is still being used till today by the current administration.

Abacha stole while buhari clapped. Peter obi invested.

They are not In the same league.

Peter Obi said that the obiano has squandered all the monies he claimed he save (which obiano denied). So which money are you still saying is still being spent today or are you more Peter obi than Peter obi?

The shares he bought in sabmiller for the state. The foreign and local bonds he bought. The dollars obiano admitted to have sold etc. There are a list of questions above, don't be selective. Answer them.

Do you want me to list them?

You said the monies is being spent till today, so the so called shares which are not yet matured (even if we just agree with you that it exists) are being spent? What is the money you claim is still being spent after obi himself said obiano has squandared ALL the money? Maybe there are some funds you know Obiano is still having that Obi doesnt know?

Like I said, you are a beer parlour propaganda machine. You know nothing about investments and money market.

Obi invested in both local and foreign bonds. These investments pay interest which obiano spends . Even the dollars left in long term investments, obiano terminated and spent the money. Now what has he spent on?

What happened to the million dollar ugu business?

What percentage is the $2 billion airport?

Where is the $10 billion dollar investments attracted by obiano?

These are the important questions.

If obiano had not admitted to have sold dollars that obi saved, you would have denied it.

You are now backtracking. Since you have now admitted with Peter Obi that Obiano has squandered all the monies he saved including the dollars, so how is Anambra still buoyant today, where are the monies that Obiano is spending today coming from

How did u descend so low n cheap in ur assertions

Pls give us something more tangible n sensible!

Obi is far exposed n enlightened than the likes of you and El-rufai!!

He was PAN kaduna no 1 customer as a gov. He used 406 from kaduna as official car as a gov. What even Kaduna Gov n other northern Govs ain't sensible n prudent enough to do.
He was one of the first Gov in southern Nigeria to do business with Jaiz bank (an Islamic bank) because they gave him better terms than so called 'christian commercial banks'
Think am first, u can't have the kind of entrepreneural mind he has n succeed in business and still be nepotic n tribalistic. How naa
It just doesn't make sense people.
It's like accusing a yoruba man that left his village n relocated to a village in Northeast in pursuit of business n customers. Wont it be silly accusing such of tribalism.

When u hear a man u can read his soul or core to an extent.

We used to hear PMB B4 his return to power n felt he myb sectional n nepotic, today same is bedeviling his Govt.

When u hear Fashola u can easily Know that this man is just better of as a professional n regional leader. If he's made president u can be sure he's gonna be too rigid & sectional. Same with Kwankwaso.

But When u listen to Atiku, Osibanjo,Tambuwal, Saraki etc. U can be sure that they will better unite n galvanise the country. Of course they may have other baggages but u can't accuse them of being sectional.

My dr when u really listen to Obi u will know he's above sectionalism n tribalism. The other time he was lamenting in US-Nig business submit about Zamfara( with population of 5m) just having about 100 students in total for neco in a yr with a passing rate of just 24/100. Meanwhile other states are having over 200,000 for same exam. Only for their former Gov to marry a minor young enough to be his granddaughter, divorced her shortly n is ready to die in d Senate in defence of child marriage. Whitout regards to her education n progration in life. He said then he's not from Zamfara but every section of d country is important to him.
Note: he said this years ago B4 d primaries n all that.

So just forget about the NL miscreants screaming 'Igbo Amaka'. The real n most igbos ain't tribal really. U can't be as adventurous n entrepreneurial as they are n be looking at tribalism. To them business minds it's all business n profit/ loss. Any one/tribe/colour/religion etc that can deal with them in business is the their brother period
