Hello pls i am a mobile paypoint operator i transferred the sum of 7000 to one of your customer with account number 2841228963 with account name john isreal chukwudinma on november 3 around 4:47 pm from my opay wallet and it was successful but the person claimed not to recieve alert I check my transactiom history and discovered that i selected eckobank mobile instead of ecko bank nigeria plc pls what can be done to get the money to her normal account

@Op, let payport reconcile your transaction. You can't determine if the transaction is truly successful, the money is still hanging somewhere. On a normal sense, the transaction supposed to fail if truly the destination bank is not correct. |
