All you just have to do is to edit the url of the video and you will be redirected to a page where you will choose your prefered format, as well as download.
In simplification, this is how to do it; let's take for instance that this "

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaQq4WD0ztw&itct" is a Url of a video on youtube what you just have to is clear the "m" and write "ss" at the back of "y" it should look like this "https://.ssyoutube.com/watch?v=jaQq4WD0ztw&itct" then load it and it will direct you to a site where you will download the video in your prefered format.

You should download the YouTube go app. Once u click a video, a watch and download link will pop out, then u make your choice. To me, it is easier & I v been using it for almost a month now...
