chuksstanlo:An average nigerian is thinking of money first. Even the rich want more talk less of those that dont even have. I made a commitment to do pushups every morning, but oh mehn thoughts of exercises have been taken over by thoughts of making money. My only exercise now is sexercise.

Loll Who said we ain't interested in keeping fit? If I'm to speak for myself and my family, we at least make conscious effort to eat healthy and also workout. But in a populace where a lot of persons resort to menial jobs that snuff the life out of them for survival, do you still expect them to visit the gym for body exercises? On the flip, I'm on the lookout for an affordable gym here at Onitsha. Biko! I'm on a tight budget so no one should suggest all those extremely costly ones, I never dey work full time yet. These glutes must be well rounded and shaped ![]() |

Hunger and Starvation upon the coongregations and masses. Most people spend all their time in morning and evening fellowsheeps where they go and pray in vain while hunger wait for them at home. So they dont have time to work out. |

It’s a cultural issue. That’s why we eat anyhow. Drink anyhow. Not just money. Working out is hard. I hope you know that too |

The average Nigerian has more than enough exercise through their daily chores and routines, it's only not noticeable because our foods are mainly high carbohydrate foods hence, we pile up the weight. Exercise is not only when you run or gym, other things constitute as exercises too. |
